We created the Bedder Shredder to separate steel coil springs from the individual fabric wrap. This eliminates the landfill waste, while creating 2 valuable products. Many have tried to create something similar, but to no avail. Our machine is currently being utilized by several facilities at high volumes for both Post - Industrial and Post - Consumer. We also have built our own business around processing pocket coils for almost all of the manufacturers throughout the United States. The life of our blades not only makes pocket coil recycling sustainable, but it also turns the waste stream into a revenue stream!
